Mancheester United's shot stopper David De Gea is set to undergo a scan on a knee injury suffered while warming up ahead of Manchester United's loss to Midtjylland.
The Spain international is set to start the Europa League last-32 first leg but limped down the tunnel after going through the motions ahead of kick-off, leaving back-up goalkeeper Sergio Romero to take his place,
The news was confirmed by Louis van Gaal to reporters after the game, and says it's a big blow for the Red Devils with nursing lengthy injury list that also includes Matteo Darmian, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw, Marouane Fellaini, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Antonio Valencia and Adnan Januzaj.
