Manchester United battle Barcelona in the race to secure the service of Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos.


The Brazil international is unhappy at Parc des Princes due to a lack of playing time with the Ligue 1 leaders and he want  a move in the January transfer window.

But, with Barcelona close on their heels, United may have to move quickly to secure the £15 million target, PSG agree to sell the 21-year-old, who they consider to be a long-term replacement for Thiago Silva.

But wait a minute, does it mean that Manchester United are interested in all the players, while we never see the out come of the ones they purchase last summer.
