Liverpool media round-up: Klopp on good signs from Benteke

Liverpool club made it back-to-back wins to close up 2015 in the Premier League as a Christian Benteke strike was enough for the Mersey Side to beat Sunderland 1-0 at the Stadium of Light.

The win gives the Reds upper hand  to seventh position in the Premier League table, meaning they are now five points before the Champions League places - and nine points behind leaders Arsenal at the halfway stage of the season. 

Klopp said there is more to come from the Belgian International

- who scored his seventh goal for the Reds - but it could have been more as he missed a late chance late on when he was denied by Vito Mannone. 

The Reds boss is quoted by the Liverpool Echo, saying: “When a player scores the decisive goal, it's always a nice thing.
